School closure Monday 19th September
Following the announcement of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, a period of National Mourning has started and will continue until the end of the day of her State Funeral, which has been confirmed as Monday 19 September 2022. This day is being marked by the provision of a Bank Holiday when there will be a reduced delivery in public services including those that impact on schools, such as public transport and catering. Glenlola Collegiate will therefore be closed on Monday 19th September 2022, observing this Bank Holiday.
