RIBI Young Photographer Competition Winner, June 2013
Congratulations to Rebekah Johnson, 8E, who was awarded a certificate for her winning entry to RIBI Young Photographer Competition. Entrants were asked to submit three different photographs on the theme of peace, along with a short description of the inspiration for their photos.
Rebekah describes her inspiration as follows:
“The fingernail photo shows that peace can be achieved through many different sources. The photo of the peace pebbles came from an inspirational story of Parveen, an Indian boy, whom we sponsor from a Christian care home called Pebbles. The Peace Bridge photo shows the healing of Londonderry’s conflict.”
