Irish International Hockey Player, Chris Cargo recently visited the Year 8 Hockey Club. He kindly agreed to offer the girls some coaching tips and they were delighted to meet a real International hockey star!
Chris had just returned from Argentina where he won a Bronze medal in the Champions Trophy event.
A superb night of entertainment, played and sung to the highest standard. Amazing talent all around. Well done to all, both pupils and staff.
4Day Five: Firstly, we enjoyed a tour of the Capitol building. Got to go into the Public gallery of the House of Representatives. Heard some Congressmen speak. Visited the Library of Congress. We visited the Supreme Court and finished the evening at the Lincoln Memorial. 🇺🇸💙🦢❤️
What a first day in New York! Central Park, Central Station, Times Square and Empire State Building to name a few. Lots of tired girls and staff who have been on the go for 24 hours. All tucked up in bed 😴🇺🇸💙🦢
