Ulster Schools Athletics Championships
On Saturday 17 May twenty-four girls represented Glenlola Collegiate at the Ulster Schools Athletics Championships and enjoyed considerable success. Some notable results were as follows:
- Sarah Connolly – 1st Senior girls 100m Hurdles
- Emma Stockton – 3rd Senior girls Hammer
- Ellen Robinson – 2nd Intermediate girls 80M Hurdles and 2nd Intermediate girls 300m
- Rebekah Rutherford – 2nd Intermediate girls High Jump and 2nd Intermediate girls Long Jump
- Junior Relay Team – 1st (Emma Murdock, Olivia Vaughan, Emma Carlisle, and Katie Robinson)
- Intermediate Relay Team – 1st (Kirsty O’Neill, Ellen Robinson, Elleana Hull, Saskia Greer)
All the girls listed above have now qualified to compete in the Irish Schools Athletics Championships on the 31 May in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. For a full set of results please click on the link below.
