Intermediate and Senior District Athletics, 30 April 2014
The Intermediate and senior district athletics championships took place yesterday at the Mary Peters track. Both the Intermediate and Senior teams from Glenlola Collegiate enjoyed considerable success.

Kirsty O’Neill 2nd in High Jump and 3rd in 200m
Ellen Robinson 1st in 80 Hurdles and 1st in 300m
Rebekah Rutherford 1st in High Jump and Long Jump
Daina Walton 2nd in Long Jump
Esther Lau 6th in Shot Putt
Joy Eadie 3rd in Javelin
Anna Campbell 3rd in Hammer

Molly Bret 2nd in 100m
Sarah Hatch 2nd in 200m
Lucy Burrows 1st in 200m
Orla Menzies 6th in 800m
Sarah Connolly 1st 100H and 2nd High Jump
Kate Aspianll 3rd Triple Jump and High Jump
Nicole Watterson 2nd Shot Putt and Discus
Emma Stockton 1st Hammer and 3rd Shot Putt
As well as all the individual success Glenlola Collegiate also won the Intermediate and Senior district shields, which are presented to the school with the most points across all events. Many congratulations to all the girls who participated yesterday.
