Twelve pupils from Glenlola Collegiate have just returned from the Netherlands where they competed in the European Cheerleading Championships. The team placed second Junior Pom Dance Silver European Champions. It was an amazing experience for the girls who competed against nine countries.
This is an outstanding achievement and we congratulate the girls on their success.
A superb night of entertainment, played and sung to the highest standard. Amazing talent all around. Well done to all, both pupils and staff.
4Day Five: Firstly, we enjoyed a tour of the Capitol building. Got to go into the Public gallery of the House of Representatives. Heard some Congressmen speak. Visited the Library of Congress. We visited the Supreme Court and finished the evening at the Lincoln Memorial. 🇺🇸💙🦢❤️
What a first day in New York! Central Park, Central Station, Times Square and Empire State Building to name a few. Lots of tired girls and staff who have been on the go for 24 hours. All tucked up in bed 😴🇺🇸💙🦢
