Playhouse Creatures at the MAC
On Thursday 24 September, the Year 13 and 14 Drama students traveled to the MAC Theatre in Belfast, to see Bruiser Theatre Company’s production of “Playhouse Creatures”.
Directed by Lisa May, this riotous, moving show did not disappoint. The audience was transported behind the scenes of theatre life in 17th century London as they followed the story of five gutsy heroines grappling for fame and respect in a man’s world.
Thought-provoking and wickedly funny, Playhouse Creatures tells the story of the extreme lengths these ‘creatures’ will go to for success.
