Trampolining Success

In July, Year 10 pupil Molly Lynas was selected to represent Northern Ireland at the Regional Challenge Cup in Birmingham in Double Mini Trampoline (DMT). She put in a fantastic performance and brought home a silver medal — a brilliant achievement!

Molly also battled her way through qualifiers to reach the League Finals for both trampoline and DMT, which were held Derby in September. Representing her club, North Down Trampolining Academy, she delivered a strong performance, narrowly missing out on a podium finish.

Molly then represented Northern Ireland again in October with a trip to the Loule Cup for trampolining in Portugal.  She gave an outstanding performance, achieving her highest-ever score in competition and was part of the four-girl Northern Ireland team that won a bronze medal.

She now has her sights firmly set on the upcoming Schools Cup and will endeavour to bring some success back to Glenlola.

Well done, Molly!
