On Thursday 23rd May 2024, Glenlola will host over 300 P6 girls from local primary schools for a “Big School Taster Day”. Visiting pupils will have a chance toexperience life at ‘big school’ by attending a number of timetabled lessons, giving them an opportunity to try some new subjects.
Together with Bangor Grammar, our two schools are planning a new and fun experience for local P6 pupils which we hope will help them as they prepare for the next stage in their educational journey.
A superb night of entertainment, played and sung to the highest standard. Amazing talent all around. Well done to all, both pupils and staff.
4Day Five: Firstly, we enjoyed a tour of the Capitol building. Got to go into the Public gallery of the House of Representatives. Heard some Congressmen speak. Visited the Library of Congress. We visited the Supreme Court and finished the evening at the Lincoln Memorial. 🇺🇸💙🦢❤️
What a first day in New York! Central Park, Central Station, Times Square and Empire State Building to name a few. Lots of tired girls and staff who have been on the go for 24 hours. All tucked up in bed 😴🇺🇸💙🦢
