On Sunday 12 February Glenlola’s Year 8 Swim Team competed at the Irish Schools Minor Championships in Dublin. The relay team consisting of Farrah Allen, Tarryn Barr, Lucy Hill and Amelia Urry won Gold in the Freestyle Relay, beating their nearest rivals by over 6.5 seconds. Glenlola’s 1st XI hockey team won their plate game 3 -1 against Belfast High yesterday. They now progress to the quarter finals against Royal School Dungannon. The Intermediate netball team did equally well, beating Loreto Omagh and will now progress to the semi final of the Northern Ireland Cup. Well done to both teams!

4Day Five: Firstly, we enjoyed a tour of the Capitol building. Got to go into the Public gallery of the House of Representatives. Heard some Congressmen speak. Visited the Library of Congress. We visited the Supreme Court and finished the evening at the Lincoln Memorial. 🇺🇸💙🦢❤️
