Athletics Success

Glenlola Collegiate had very successful Senior and Intermediate District Athletics Championships on Thursday 30 April. Some of the results were as follows:

• Saskia Greer  1^st in Intermediate 100m
• Olivia Cumming 1^st in Intermediate 300m
• Shoshannah Hull 1^st in Intermediate Javelin
• Kirsty O’Neill 2^nd  Intermediate 300m and 3^rd Intermediate High Jump
• Sarah Connolly 1^st Senior Long Jump and 2^nd Senior 100M Hurdles
• Rebekah Rutherford 1^st Senior High Jump and 3^rd Senior Long jump
• Ellen Robinson 1^st Senior 100m
• Zara Mulholland 3^rd Senior 1500m
• Kate Aspinall 2^nd Senior Triple Jump and 3^rd Senior High Jump
• Daina Walton 3^rd Senior Triple Jump
• Elleana Hull 1^st Senior Javelin and 2^nd Senior Shot
• Esther Lau 2^nd Senior Hammer

The Intermediate Team won the relay and the senior team came 2^nd.
