SistersIN
The SistersIN Leadership Programme is designed to enable, empower and develop female pupils in Education to become the leaders of tomorrow; to help them discover their full potential and open new possibilities for their professional journeys by building leadership capability and confidence.
Participants in the programme complete a series of workshops developing their knowledge of leadership, in addition to creating and developing their own extracurricular club or area of responsibility within school. In this, they are supported both by staff and by a specially assigned SistersIN mentor from a career related to their areas of interest.
The programme is open to applications from all pupils in Year 13, and is launched at the start of the academic year.
